A command that enables the kitty keyboard protocol, which adds extra information to keyboard events and removes ambiguity for modifier keys.

It should be paired with PopKeyboardEnhancementFlags at the end of execution.

Example usage:

    KeyboardEnhancementFlags,
    PushKeyboardEnhancementFlags,
    PopKeyboardEnhancementFlags
};
